Company FunctionAll, LLC is a health and wellness company serving the South Florida region. With the goal of providing wellness solutions in a thought-out and disciplined approach, FunctionAll will help you with any challenge - from weight loss to sport-specific performance training to movement correction. We offer our solutions in one-on-one and small group environments. Company-wide programs are also available. We are licensed and insured and work out of Studio4Fitness, located at: 10105-10107 West Sample Road Coral Springs, FL 33065 FunctionAll Coaches and Trainers Alex Luft is the founder of FunctionAll, LLC. From an early age, he has been playing ice hockey, competing for teams such as the Junior Red Army (CKA - St. Petersburg, Russia), Team Florida, and the Florida Atlantic University Owls. Alex is certified with NCSF and is a specialist in weight management, performance, and functional training. Alex has been coached by some of the best on-ice and off-ice professionals who have placed great emphasis on agility, power, speed, and endurance, but rarely recognized the important stretching and elasticity components. Having learned from his coaches and mentors, Alex is applying their concepts, coupled with new theories on dynamic training and movement correction. Alex is bilingual in English and Russian, and fluent in Spanish. He is currently enrolled in a double-major program in Florida Atlantic University, studying Marketing and International Business, and is looking forward to graduating in 2010.
